We recommend that Windows users download and use the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer. ( 5.5 SP2 or above is required )

 
Java Plug-in for Internet Explorer Java Plug-in for Internet Explorer / Mozilla for Windows
iLrn requires support for Java applets. For Internet Explorer and Mozilla to support Java applets, the latest version of the Java Plug-in must be installed. NOTE: The only issue is that the JRE installer recognizes Mozilla as Netscape 6. In order to install it properly, you must check the box next to Netscape 6 when it asks which browsers to install the plugin for during the install process.

With the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can view and print Adobe PDF files on all major platforms.

Please note that it is important to do a fresh download and installation of Acrobat Reader, and not do an upgrade for a previously installed version.

Macromedia Flash Player delivers fast loading front-end Web applications, high-impact Web site user interaction, interactive online advertising, and short to medium form animation.

 
Flash Player Real Player
The RealNetworks RealPlayer is used by some iLrn products to play tutorial videos.

 
Flash Player Quick Time Player
Apple's Quick Time player is used to play videos in some areas of iLrn. (Not available for Linux.*)
